POLICIES

Our policies are in place to support a smooth, consistent experience for every client while preserving the condition and performance of each vehicle in our fleet. We prioritize clarity at every stage of the reservation, ensuring expectations are understood and every detail is handled with precision.

Each reservation is structured around the exact vehicle and timeframe you request. Once confirmed, that vehicle is secured specifically for you, allowing for a more controlled and dependable process. Because our fleet is owned and managed internally, we’re able to maintain higher standards of quality, reliability, and availability throughout your rental.

Driver Requirements

All drivers must meet basic eligibility requirements prior to approval.
– Renters must be at least 18 years of age, hold a valid driver’s license, and provide proof of active full-coverage insurance. Approval is required before the start of any rental.
– If additional drivers will be operating the vehicle, they must be disclosed and approved in advance. Requirements may vary depending on the vehicle selected.

Payments, Deposits & Charges

– Full payment and a security deposit are required before any vehicle is released. We accept a variety of payment methods including card, cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, cryptocurrency, and wire transfer.
– Security deposits typically range from $1,000 to $5,000 depending on the vehicle. Deposits are held at the time of pickup or delivery and are returned once the vehicle is inspected and confirmed to be in its original condition. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
– Additional charges may apply for services or circumstances such as delivery, excess mileage, late returns, cleaning, or policy violations. Final amounts depend on the vehicle and rental duration.

Usage & Mileage Guidelines

Each rental includes a mileage allowance based on a 24-hour period. Shorter rentals, such as 6 or 12 hours, receive a prorated allowance. Any additional mileage is billed per mile, with rates starting at $3 per mile and varying by vehicle.
Vehicles are intended for standard road use only. Activities such as racing, track use, or off-road driving are not permitted. Travel outside of the approved area, including out-of-state use, must be disclosed and approved in advance.

Insurance & Liability

Renters are not required to obtain specialty or exotic car insurance, as most personal auto insurance policies extend coverage to rental vehicles. However, all renters must carry verifiable full coverage, including comprehensive and collision protection.
Minimum coverage requirements apply, and certain vehicles may require higher limits. Adjustments to your policy can typically be made quickly through your insurance provider for the duration of your rental.
During the rental period, the renter is fully responsible for the vehicle, including any damage, loss, or violations incurred while it is in their possession.

Cancellations & Reschedules

All reservations are considered final once confirmed. In the event of a cancellation or modification, the total amount paid will be issued as a credit that may be applied toward a future rental.

Vehicle Condition & Return

Each vehicle is delivered in a clean, inspected, and ready-to-drive condition. Vehicles must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Upon return, the vehicle will be evaluated for cleanliness, condition, and timeliness. Additional charges may apply for late returns, excessive cleaning, smoking, or any damage beyond normal wear.

FAQs

I'm under 18 and need a nice luxury or exotic car rental for prom. Can someone else rent it for me?
Typically, no. All drivers must meet our rental criteria. However, if you would like to arrange for a parent/guardian to drive you or our Chauffeur service, we’re happy to accommodate.
Do you rent luxury and exotic cars to international visitors?
Yes. Vehicles are available to rent to international visitors provided they have a valid passport and driver’s license from their home country. Full coverage auto insurance is still required.
How many hours are included in a daily luxury or exotic car rental?
24 hours. We also offer 6 hour and 12 hour bookings.
Can I rent a luxury or exotic car for one day on the weekend?
Yes, you can book 6, 12, or 24 hour rentals. Make your reservations in advance to guarantee your vehicle reservation.
Can there be multiple drivers if I rent a luxury or exotic car?
Yes, each additional driver must be over the age of 18 and must provide us with a valid driver’s license and full coverage insurance. We do not charge a fee for additional drivers.
Can you rent out my luxury or exotic vehicle?
Of course! Just contact us and we can help guide you through the process of renting your vehicle out through our company.
Do you offer insurance?
No, we do not provide insurance. You must have your own full coverage auto insurance policy.
Where are you located?
We are based in downtown Dallas, TX.
Can I drive my rented luxury or exotic car anywhere?
Yes. Vehicles may be driven outside of DFW with prior authorization. If you anticipate traveling outside this range, approval must be obtained in advance. This allows us to ensure proper coverage, vehicle tracking, and scheduling accommodations. Please notify our team ahead of time so we can review your request and make the necessary arrangements.
How many miles comes with the rental of a luxury or exotic car?
Reservation mileage is 100 miles per 24 hours. Hourly rentals are prorated mileage. Anything over has an additional cost which varies by vehicle starting at $5/mi. Reach out to us for specific per mile pricing.
Do you deliver your luxury and exotic vehicles to the renters?
Yes we do. We will deliver and pick up vehicles upon request via a closed flatbed truck or one of our drivers will drive the car to your location depending on the distance from our location. Cost varies depending on the distance of the delivery. Reach out to us for specific pricing quotes.
Can my rental be delivered early / late?
We will always try to accommodate if we receive advanced notice.
Do you ship vehicles outside the state?
Yes, we offer delivery outside of the state. Transport pricing varies depending on delivery location.
Can I leave my personal vehicle at your facility?
Yes. There is parking for personal vehicles at our location.
Are the cars manual or automatic?
All of our vehicles have automatic transmission. Many also have paddle shifters which are very easy to operate. If you have any questions or concerns we will happily give you a driving tutorial.
